18 Mar At home? Read these tips
If you are currently at home and looking to be so for the next few days, here are some basic principles to keep a sense of normality:
– give a bit of structure to the day, by creating a timetable and sharing it with your children.
– build in some exercise: mini-circuits, bear crawls, dancing, yoga. You can find videos online for children.
– focus on five skills you want them to master by the end of the isolation period: baking muffins, learning a card game, touch-typing, learning a dance routine, knitting, etc. and spend a few minutes on it each day.
– leave some time for them to chat with their friends and relatives online.
