There are more than 1000 species of fish living in the Orinoco River. These species include the piranha, electric eel, and a species of catfish called the Laulao which can reach more than 200 pounds.

This week broadcast by Orinoco class (year 5) revolves around homelessness. The class read the book Way Home by Libby Hathorn and go on to discuss the book, their views and facts about homelessness in the UK. Ms Sawh, who volunteered at Crisis at Christmas talks about her experiences.
Also listen to the class talk politics as they discuss the upcoming election for the Mayor of London. And finally, the children interview each other about a skill or hobby they want to share with the class.
At the end you can hear Miss Saeed talking about her favourite artist.
