Many dams have been built along the Rio Grande to control the water flow. This diversion has changed the flow so much that today only approximately 20% of the water reaches the Gulf of Mexico.
Rio Grande (year 4) recorded a special broadcast about books for World Book Day. The school had a visit by Bookman on Monday and celebrated Pancake Day on Tuesday. The children also select the news stories this week and talked about cyber safety.
