18 Dec Touch-typing trial club
Congratulations to four of our Year 6 students who have recently completed the Kaz online touch-typing course. The students all committed to coming into school early to complete the course. They progressed through the programme, building on both their accuracy and speed of typing. All of the students commented on how much their touch- typing skills have improved from completing the course.
Touch-typing is an essential life skill for all. However, it really benefits dyslexic learners because when you learn to type you become used to the QWERTY keyboard and the structure of the letters. This muscle memory alone can help you remember how to spell.
Lyndhurst Primary would like to thank Kaz-type for the free extended trial of their resource.
