Our Year 6 students took part in the All Rise workshop, an immersive and interactive experience designed to give them a deeper understanding of the justice system and how it applies to their everyday lives. Led by James, a real barrister, the workshop guided students through a series of engaging activities, including investigating a crime scene and taking on different roles in a mock trial. Through this hands-on experience, they developed critical thinking, teamwork, and public speaking skills while gaining valuable insight into the workings of the legal system. The children were fully engaged throughout and loved every moment of this informative and exciting workshop!
